The hotel is incredibly beautiful. It has a village-like atmosphere rather than just being a typical hotel. There is security everywhere, as it is a large property. The breakfast was fantastic, but we weren't too fond of the dinner. However, there are plenty of other dining options available, not just one dining room. We absolutely loved the large swimming pool with salt water. The beach organization is amazing, and it's a private beach! Plus, it's only a 10-minute drive from the center of Lutraki. The service provided was excellent. We can't wait to come back soon! ♥️
Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but the expenses, including the room fee and additional costs for drinks and food, did not seem worth it. The beach resort is too pricey considering what it provides. The Greek cuisine restaurant is overpriced, and the quality of the food is average at best. Although the room was pleasant, the hotel is in need of renovations.
The location is fantastic, right by the water. However, upon arrival, it became clear that the resort has a dated feel from the 1970s. Some improvements have been made around the pool area, but they don't match the rest of the resort. The rooms are old and outdated, and the air conditioning is so old that it doesn't effectively cool the room anymore. We booked a room with a sea view, but unfortunately, a large tree obstructed our view after 30 years of growth. The distance to town is convenient, and the sunbeds are acceptable, although the issue of guests reserving them with towels is also present here. Most of the guests are on the all-inclusive package, but since we weren't, the food was quite expensive, although it was decent. We considered dining at the à la carte restaurant, but it was too expensive for what it offered. We decided to check out the buffet instead, but at 30 euros per person, we thought it was too pricey. We could eat like kings for that price in town. So overall, it wasn't the best experience, apart from the great location and the beautiful sea.
This place is absolutely disgusting. They decided to hold a concert here without even having the necessary infrastructure in place. I attended the Natasa concert and it was a complete disaster. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and there is no parking available for event attendees. You have to walk down and then back up for about a kilometer. It's a terrible disrespect towards visitors. The reception staff offered to give us a ride to the hotel exit, but after waiting for 50 minutes, we never received any transportation. In the end, I had to order a taxi and the person at the reception assured me that it would arrive in 2-3 minutes, but it was a complete lie. The car was actually ordered from Loutraki, which is physically impossible to reach in such a short time. I had to cancel the order and hike up a steep kilometer-long road to where my car was parked on the side of the road because the hotel lacked any proper infrastructure. To make matters worse, it seems like they sold more tickets than the amphitheater's capacity, so finding a free seat was a struggle.
A stunning location nestled amidst the forest, offering ample space to relax. The services and staff here are top-notch, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience. The cuisine is diverse and delectable, while the beaches are simply beautiful. Tranquility reigns among the trees, providing a complete sense of relaxation. This place guarantees 100% rejuvenation.
