Kalami beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 26th place out of 90 beaches in the Epirus region 56.7 km away from its center, the city of Ioannina. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of Palaio Ladochori settlement, just 2.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright shell sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.
