Strand Prerow is located on the Baltic Sea and it is in the 80th place out of 99 beaches in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region 121.4 km away from its center, the city of Schwerin. It is one of the beaches of Zingst settlement, just 2.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a long lasting coastline with blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.
