Years ago, we stayed at the holiday park with our dog, and during that time, the beach was designated for dogs. Recently, we decided to revisit the beach, which had a remarkable setting surrounded by a forest and boasted a stunning sandy shoreline. Today was our first visit to Rerik beach, and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. We definitely plan on returning in the future. The parking fee for beach access was a bit steep, costing €1 for every 30 minutes. However, the convenience of being right on the beach made it worth it. Additionally, there were free public toilets available at the parking lot. The beach offered ample opportunities for long walks, which was perfect for us as we had our dog with us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Please note that lifeguards supervise 13 beaches in the region, but you should rely on more than just them, remember the elementary rules, as lifeguards are not on duty around the clock, even on equipped beaches!
