Plage de Dossen is located on the English channel (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 59th place out of 128 beaches in the Finistere region 78.4 km away from its center, the city of Quimper. It is one of the beaches of Mogueriec settlement, just 2.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long bay with crystal blue water and white sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. The beach is quite a distance from the parking area. However, the ponds are surprisingly quick to reach, covering a distance of 5 meters in just 30 minutes.
