Plage du Kelenn is located on the English channel (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 28th place out of 128 beaches in the Finistere region 76.3 km away from its center, the city of Quimper. It is one of the beaches of Espace du Kelenn settlement, just 0.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach is highly sought after due to its convenient location near the car park. However, it can get quite crowded, so arriving early is recommended. The beach is supervised and boasts golden sand. At high tide, a diving board is available in the middle of the sea. Additionally, there is a restaurant called Paradisio, a carousel for children, and public toilets. Don't forget to bring sunscreen! There are also piers nearby where a boat comes every 1.5 hours to take visitors to the bull castle.
