Golden beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 19th place out of 51 beaches in the Northern Cyprus region 79.8 km away from its center, the city of Famagusta. It is one of the beaches of Rizokarpaso settlement, just 15.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a long bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors, partygoers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Although it may be a bit of a trek to reach, this beach is truly breathtaking and exudes a sense of tranquility. The view from the Big Sand Beach restaurant is truly remarkable and adds to the overall ambiance of the area.

While the journey to get there may be a bit of a rocky road, the destination is definitely worth the effort. The seclusion of this beach provides a peaceful escape from the chaos of everyday life. Wow, this beach is truly breathtaking and will leave you in awe. Although it may not be the ideal destination for summertime due to the lack of shaded areas, its stunning beauty cannot be put into words.
