The beach boasts stunning white sandy shores and offers a boat ride to reach it. Visitors can enjoy a delightful buffet lunch along with a fully stocked bar and live music.
The beach is great for swimming and the water is warm, yet stunning. You can indulge in delicious lobster and fish, while enjoying refreshing beers and special piña coladas. There are birds, iguanas, and adorable hutias scattered throughout the area.
This is the most incredible island and beach I have ever laid eyes on. It's an exceptionally stunning place, with a diverse range of species. It offers an excellent opportunity for bird enthusiasts to indulge in some top-notch bird watching. I cannot recommend it enough.
Cayo Blanco is an exquisite island that truly embodies perfection. I had the pleasure of embarking on a tour with Civitatis, which included a catamaran ride to the island. While the journey was a bit lengthy, it was still enjoyable. Along the way, we made a quick stop for a scuba diving excursion, so I would recommend practicing with the scuba gear beforehand to avoid swallowing sea water. Unfortunately, the grilled lobster served was rather dry and not enjoyable. However, the beach itself was absolutely perfect. It felt as though you could walk for miles into the sea, as the water never rose above your chest, and you could always see your feet due to the crystal clear water. One aspect that could be improved is the size of the dining room area, as it seemed too small considering the number of different tours visiting. Additionally, for those who do not drink alcohol, the non-alcoholic drinks provided were quite tiny. This became an issue when I got a bit dehydrated and couldn't get more than an 8oz glass of water. Although these are seemingly insignificant issues, they do impact the overall experience. With some easy fixes, however, I believe this could be resolved, which is why I cannot give a higher rating.
I was quite pleased with the beach area at my hotel, so I didn't notice many differences between my hotel beach and Cayo Blanco. However, the overall tour wasn't too pricey, and the boat staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant. The snorkeling experience was enjoyable, and the food served on the island was delicious. In fact, the lobster here was even better than the lobster dish I had at a restaurant downtown.
