Trstenica beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 28th place out of 215 beaches in the Dubrovnik-Neretva region The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sup-surfing, sea kayaking.

The beach in Orebic boasts the longest stretch of sand, and it is easily accessible. It is a great spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

The toilet on the promenade is dirty and has a terrible smell. The tall concrete walkway along the beach is dangerous and can cause injuries. The beach bar is poor, and there is a jet ski in the middle of the beach. To make matters worse, there are no trash bins. Despite the natural properties of the beach, such as the shallow rocky bottom, which makes swimming unpleasant, this is supposedly the best beach in Orebić, which is quite unfortunate.
