Žnjan City beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 46th place out of 378 beaches in the Split-Dalmatia region 3.2 km away from its center, the city of Spalato. It is one of the beaches of Split settlement, just 3.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is very crowded place during the season.

A significant part of the beach is occupied by beach clubs with limited access The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

The beach is absolutely beautiful with a wide expanse of light, fine pebbles. It's definitely worth a visit, but I would recommend bringing some swimming footwear to make the most of your time there.

This beach is really lovely, with crystal clear water teeming with fish - it's perfect for snorkeling! While it's not a large beach and the rocky terrain is typical of the area, it's still an excellent spot for swimming.

The beach is absolutely lovely and perfect for a relaxing day out. Although it was a bit crowded when I went, my family and I managed to find a spot behind one of the nearby bars. Additionally, the beach has light, fine pebbles that add to its charm. It's a great place to soak up some sun and conveniently located just across the road from our hotel.

This pebble beach in Croatia is absolutely wonderful and conveniently close to Split city. What I really appreciated was the fact that there is free parking available right by the beach, and the showers are also free. They have changing rooms and toilets, but you do need to pay a small fee. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants if you're feeling peckish or thirsty. However, if you want to snag a spot under the trees, be sure to arrive early as they tend to fill up quickly. There are also benches available, but they can get quite crowded later in the day. Overall, I highly recommend checking out this beach if you're in the Split area.
