Razanj beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 69th place out of 87 beaches in the Šibenik-Knin region 25.4 km away from its center, the city of Sibenik. It is one of the beaches of Mezaroca settlement, just 0.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, toilets. .

The beach is peaceful, especially in late August. Despite its unwelcoming appearance, the concrete slabs mixed with the natural rocks provide some room for sunbathing. The trees lining the beach offer much-needed shade during midday and even in the late afternoon. Setting up and using umbrellas might be challenging.

It's a lovely spot to have a refreshing swim in the morning before the crowds arrive, and it's conveniently located near a small supermarket and a restaurant where you can grab breakfast.

The beach is pleasant, but it has many stones and sea urchins. It's important to avoid stepping on or touching them, as their spines can cause stings. If you do get stung, make sure to remove the spines promptly and consider purchasing cream from local drug stores or apotekas. As you move further up the beach, there are ladders that allow you to descend into the sea, where there are fewer rocks nearby.
