Kanica beach II is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 45th place out of 87 beaches in the Šibenik-Knin region 27.8 km away from its center, the city of Sibenik. It is one of the beaches of Kanica settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Upon our initial arrival, we weren't particularly impressed, but our opinion quickly shifted. The water remains consistently delightful. There is ample space available both in shaded areas and under the sun. The bar is quite good, offering fair prices unlike the pizzeria located nearby. However, the only drawback is the lack of parking facilities. None are available, so one must come up with a solution. If you arrive late, you won't be able to stay and will have to seek an alternative destination.
