Plyazh Medulin is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 206th place out of 215 beaches in the Istria region 48.1 km away from its center, the city of Mitterburg. It is one of the beaches of Premantura settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.

Plyazh Medulin coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. If you forget to bring your Crocs, the beach can be a bit uncomfortable due to the stones. However, it's worth noting that the beach has free public entry.

We enjoyed the beach, but it can get quite crowded during peak season. It's important to be cautious of sea urchins in the water. If you don't have proper footwear for a sandy beach, it should still be manageable.
