Villas Rubin is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 42th place out of 215 beaches in the Istria region 29.1 km away from its center, the city of Pisino. It is one of the beaches of Rojnic settlement, just 2.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. The beach appeared quite pleasant to me during my visit, which happened to be in the last two days before the villas closed for the season. Although I had the opportunity to take long walks and explore the surroundings, I couldn't find the time to dip into the water for a swim.

The beach and pool were absolutely fantastic! I visited for a beach party and was pleasantly surprised by the ample space available to relax, despite the large number of people. The music systems were top-notch and really added to the atmosphere. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the area clean and the bars were well-staffed, although the prices were a bit steep. Additionally, they even had a large screen set up for the World Cup. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
