McKenzie Beach is located on the Huron lake and it is in the 35th place out of 39 beaches in the Ontario region The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and grass, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The beach has a nice atmosphere and environment. The roads in the area appear safe, even though they are not marked with lines. There is a small, free parking lot available for visitors, but it seems to operate on a first come, first served basis.

I really enjoy this beach park, it's always peaceful with a beautiful view. The park recently got a makeover with new tables, restrooms, a covered area, and landscaping. They also added swings and other amenities. You can also take a stroll along the sandy beach.

The beach was very shallow and the water was warm, almost like bath water. It took a while to get waist deep because of the mixture of mud/sand and vegetation on the left side of the beach. This meant that you had to walk to the right side to enter. Despite it being a Sunday afternoon in July, the beach was very quiet. However, that was really the only positive aspect of it. I probably won't return since there are other beaches just as close.
