This spot along Highway 17 is absolutely stunning for a quick stop. The scenery, terrain, and the soothing sound of the waves create a peaceful and calming experience. I'm even tempted to bring a tent and set it up on the beach. When I stopped, I found the washroom facilities to be exceptionally clean. Additionally, there are trails in the vicinity. However, if you decide to take a dip in the chilly waters of Lake Superior, exercise caution as the winds can suddenly become strong and there are no lifeguards on duty. Within the wooded area next to the beach, you'll find several picnic benches. Placards with important and interesting information are also placed at the picnic area and the trailhead. If you do decide to stop here, I recommend planning to stay for a little while to fully immerse yourself in the relaxing atmosphere and appreciate the tranquility of Lake Superior.

This place is absolutely stunning for taking a break and getting some exercise. The restroom facilities were available, although they were in dire need of cleaning and maintenance during our visit. We took a break and strolled along the shoreline, and even had our lunch here. We ended up staying for approximately 2 hours, but it was definitely worth every minute.
