The hike is definitely challenging, with steep sections and obstacles like driftwood to climb over, but it is doable. It was tough on me, but I enjoyed it.

This beach is absolutely amazing! I was lucky enough to visit on a gorgeous, sunny day with temperatures reaching 80 degrees - a rare treat! I highly recommend this beach to anyone visiting LaPush. You'll find everything you need right here on the beach. While I didn't spot any starfish during my visit, they do frequent this area. The lush woods nearby are reminiscent of the Hoh Rainforest and the hike is an easy 0.8 miles with stunning views. I give this beach a 5/5 rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable experience.

Today was an absolutely ideal day to explore Ruby Beach! The weather was perfect, with bright sunshine and only a handful of visitors - around 12 in total. If you have the flexibility, I highly recommend visiting on a weekday. This stunning location is the perfect spot for families to let their kids run around, snap some photos, dip their toes in the ocean, and collect beautiful rocks to build cairns. Personally, Ruby Beach is one of my all-time favorite places on the planet, and it's conveniently located near my absolute favorite spot - the Hoh Rainforest. The air here is so pure and refreshing - it's worth a visit just to take a deep breath and soak it all in!

What a stunning locale! We were absolutely thrilled to clamber over the scattered driftwood and timber. We found ourselves sitting in awe, listening to the calming waves and observing the wide variety of avian species. Although we only stayed for a short while, we discovered that there are ample opportunities for camping and renting beachfront accommodations, including cozy cabins. Additionally, there's a convenient camp store where you can find all the essentials for your stay.

Although the waves can be intimidating during high tide, this beach offers an incredible view of the crashing ocean waves. There are also plenty of logs to explore and a Hole in the Wall walk to enjoy. Additionally, parking is free and it's important to bring your own toilet paper for the restroom.
