Praia de Agrelo

Lapaman beach is the best in the area, though all the beaches here are great. Agrelo beach is small and tranquil, and it has two beach bars.

Praia de Rodeira

This afternoon I was invited to go for a walk along the beach of Rodeira, located just a few steps away from downtown Cangas.

Praia de Bueu

This location is easily accessible from the promenade, and is well connected. There is a park for kids to play in right on the promenade, and the sand is full of shells. It also has a volleyball net, a kiosk to buy drinks, and a fountain to rinse off your feet. Additionally, you can take boats from the beachfront to the Cíes Islands.

Playa Borna

This spot is a delightful spot to spend a summer day. The bar is a great addition, making it even more enjoyable. However, it can get quite busy in the peak months of July and August, so if you're looking for a more relaxed experience, it might be worth visiting at a different time.

Praia de Moana
8 Alejandro Martinez

This medium-sized urban beach at the entrance to Moaña is a great spot for a day at the beach. It is clean and well-maintained, and has a park and grove area that provides plenty of shaded areas to rest and eat. It is also a great spot for shellfishing, but don't worry, the beach is not muddy! At low tide, you can walk out quite far, and at high tide the water is of a normal depth. The waves are not frequent, and there is a lifeguard service as well as a shower with a footbath. Plus, there is a beach bar in the tree area at the entrance, with great views of the city of Vigo. Best of all, the beach is easily accessible!

Praia do Con

We visited the beach in the morning and it was one of the best I've seen in Vigo. The parking lot fills up quickly, so I'd recommend arriving around 11 to ensure easy accessibility. The water was cold, but the clarity was remarkable.
