Aguilar Beach

This beach near Arances is an absolute gem! The hill may be a bit steep for those on foot, but the view from the top is worth the effort. If you're driving, parking is available, but it can get quite crowded during the peak of August.

Oleiros Beach

Stunning, but getting there is no easy feat. DO NOT attempt to drive down the dirt road to the beach - it is 4WD only territory and the steep decline just before the beach is near impossible to get out of with a 2WD car. The continuing road is even worse, so leave your car at the picnic area and walk the extra 800m to get to the beach. Fortunately, the beach is easy to access once you arrive.

Playa Veneiro

This beach located east of Aguilar, is a great choice due to its convenient location. It's not too long, only about 100 meters, and the average width is 24 meters, so it's rarely crowded. At high tide, the bathing area shrinks significantly, leaving only a small area of stones and pebbles at the top. When the swell is moderate, the bathing area is quite limited.

Playa de Bahinas

This beach is stunningly beautiful and secluded. It's only a 10-minute cliff walk or a five-minute drive away. The water is quite chilly, but the sea is crystal clear. There are showers, amenities, and even a Chiringuito where you can buy drinks and snacks.

Concha de Artedo

The beach was truly remarkable.
