A praia da Mina é uma extensão da mais conhecida praia das Paredes da Vitória. This beach is both amazing and hazardous. While you can take a long stroll for kilometers on end, it's important to watch out for the waves. The waves can be quite sizable and have the potential to pull you in. Swimming is not recommended, but if you're looking to soak up the sun and achieve an even tan, this beach is perfect.

This beach is significantly superior to the southern beach, Praia the Nazare. There are hardly any people, and the ocean and beach are stunningly clean and beautiful.
