This beach is a real gem, deserving of every one of its five stars! The sand is simply divine - the best I've ever laid eyes on. And the water? Oh, it's crystal clear and the most beautiful shade of blue. If you're after a prime spot, I recommend setting your alarm for 6 am (or at least 7 am). Trust me, it's worth it! And there are plenty of eating options nearby, starting from 10 am. Now, if you're feeling peckish in the morning and need a quick bite, there's a local store selling sandwiches - perfect for a beach picnic. And for those who want a bit more luxury, you can rent two sun loungers and an umbrella for 150 kuna. I'm already dreaming of my next visit to this sandy paradise - can't wait to explore more beautiful beaches like this one!
Throughout the day, the beach can be quite bustling with people, but as the sun begins to set and the surrounding trees provide shade, the beach becomes more spacious. The beach itself is a delightful expanse of sand that extends a couple of meters from the shore, making it ideal for wading in the shallow waters. Additionally, there are amenities such as a shower to rinse off and a recently opened beach bar that opened in the summer of 2017.
This beach is suitable for children, and the entrance is decent with some shaded areas available.
The beach is an incredibly functional and well-organized campsite that is kept immaculately clean. The sea is absolutely splendid and provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The location is absolutely lovely, though it appears to still be a work in progress. We were situated right beside the shoreline, which was fantastic, but the water connections were not functioning. The restrooms were updated and well-maintained, but disposing of gray water proved to be a challenge as it required navigating a steep slope that had already shown signs of damage from other vehicles. It may be more suitable for smaller vehicles.
