It is one of the beaches of Rock Landing settlement, just 0.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long lasting coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. We were in town for a funeral and the luncheon took place at this beach. They did a great job organizing it. The buffet they provided was truly delicious. We appreciate it!

If you enjoy a cozy atmosphere, this beach is perfect for you. On a Friday afternoon, it wasn't too crowded. However, it did take a bit of time for the kitchen to bring out our meals, and it was quite hot. Nevertheless, the food was good, and the view was quite enjoyable as you could see the beach from a distance. Additionally, Martha's Vineyard was visible in the distance, although it was quite far away.

If you're looking for a place where you can have a quick lunch, I wouldn't recommend going here. We were a group with three young children and we ordered BLT and chicken salad sandwiches, but we ended up waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The strange thing is, the restaurant wasn't even crowded, and there were plenty of servers just standing around without much to do. Despite that, they still couldn't manage to make basic sandwiches in less than an hour. On top of everything, they required an 18% tip, which we felt was completely undeserved. When the food finally arrived, it was just average.

The service at the beach was extremely slow. It took us around 5-6 minutes just to get a refill on our water, and to make matters worse, the water didn't even have any ice. Additionally, the gratuity of 18% was automatically added to the bill, which left the service staff with no incentive to provide good service. The quality of the food was quite average, and it took us nearly ten minutes to settle the bill and leave. Needless to say, I have no intention of returning.

This beach came with high recommendations from several locals in the Cape Cod area. However, upon our arrival at 8:50, we were quite disappointed to discover that their food service ends at 9. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. Additionally, considering it was summer, it seemed rather early to us. We noticed others arriving after us who were also turned away. The place appeared lovely with a beautiful view, but it was disheartening to have driven all the way there and not be able to enjoy their service.
