This beach is always stunning! I absolutely adore it, although it tends to get quite crowded on holidays and weekends in the summer. It's suggested to come early in the morning or in the evening during the busy season. However, during autumn and winter, it's not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself!
There is a car park nearby that is easily accessible, and it costs £1 for a two-hour stay. Additionally, there is a toilet available on-site, and it costs 20p to use. The beach is within a short and pleasant walking distance. It is a beautiful beach with white sands and blue sea. When we visited in September, I could envision how immensely popular it would be during the summer months.
This beach is truly one of the most stunning in the UK! It offers a tranquil atmosphere, welcomes dogs, and provides ample opportunities for exploration.
The beach is absolutely stunning with its pristine white sands and rugged rocks, perfect for fishing. We had the pleasure of staying at the nearby caravan/touring/camping site, which was only a short 100m distance away. Conveniently, there is a shop, fish & chips stand, and restroom facilities available on-site. However, it's important to note that the last half mile of the road leading to the beach is mostly a narrow single lane with limited areas for parking, so it's a good opportunity to brush up on your reversing skills! We managed to capture some breathtaking sunset photos, and we were thrilled to learn that dolphins have been spotted swimming right up to the shore here.
The beach was excellent, boasting stunning scenery of soft white sands and crystal-clear sea water. It was absolutely lovely and definitely worth the drive to get there.
