St Mary's Bay is located on the English channel (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 14th place out of 19 beaches in the Torbay region The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and gray sand & rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

St Mary's Bay coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, toilets. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sup-surfing.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

St Mary's Bay (Torbay) is located outside the Brixham settlement, which may cause some difficulties for travelers who stay far from the coast. However, the remoteness from the village is not always a bad thing. Lovers of quiet rest know, the farther the beach, the fewer crowds.

The beach stretches on the sunny coast and the easiest way to get to the beach is by car or bike. The beach located off the coast in Brixham is absolutely stunning. It boasts a long stretch of sandy shorelines that are surrounded by towering cliffs and offer a breathtaking view of the sea. A beautifully carved mermaid overlooks the beach, adding to its charm. However, one must be aware that there is a significant flight of steps leading down to the beach, which can be a little precarious and require some stamina to climb. Those wishing to visit should also note that there is ample free parking available about a 10-minute walk away, through beautiful grassland that can be muddy in the winter months. It's essential to check the tide times as half the beach becomes inaccessible when the tide is in, so visitors should plan accordingly. The beach is also an excellent spot for dog owners, especially those with escape artist dogs, as there's no way of escaping. Overall, it's a fantastic location for a decent walk to blow away the cobwebs. 🌊🌊🌊

The beach was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly peaceful on the Saturday we visited. Although the hike down to the beach may deter some visitors, it's definitely worth the effort. Additionally, it's a great spot for dog owners as it's dog-friendly. 🐶

I really adore this place. The ocean is perfect for swimming and the surroundings are truly beautiful. Additionally, the walk to the bay is quite lovely as well.

The beach is absolutely amazing, even though the trek to get there from Berry Head was quite challenging. However, it was definitely worth it. Additionally, it's great to note that the beach is free and open to the public.

This beach is fantastic - it's secluded and offers stunning views. It's worth noting that the beach is mostly pebbles and doesn't have any facilities, but the best part is that it's free to the public! Just be prepared to climb about 115 steps to get down to the beach.
