Phokaia Club is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 19th place out of 279 beaches in the Izmir region The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. Daily boat rental service is located nearby. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sup-surfing, sea kayaking.

Fans of active recreation can take part in beach volleyball.
