The pristine coves of Izmir will soon be bustling with activity. Nevertheless, the number of sandy shores that can truly be classified as beaches is quite limited, petite, and predominantly rocky.
The view from up high is absolutely stunning, and if you prefer not to take any chances, you can descend by car or opt for a leisurely walk down. Unlike many other bays in the area, the shoreline here is rocky and can be tricky to navigate, even with proper footwear.
A quaint cove located at the mouth of Mordoğan. The shore is predominantly rocky and teeming with numerous sea urchins. It is highly advisable to wear protective sea shoes before venturing into the water.
This bay along the Karaburun route is truly magnificent, gently sloping down for easy access. It's a great choice for those traveling by caravan. Just keep in mind that the beach is covered in sizable rocks.
We stumbled upon it unexpectedly while driving. The beach was inaccessible due to its slight incline and rough path. We settled for admiring it from the road. However, it serves as a charming rest stop along the Karaburun route, visible as you drive by, and definitely worth a visit if your vehicle can handle it.
