The Rise & Shine Beach Club may appear to be a stunningly designed destination, but it's disheartening to encounter staff who treat paying guests as if they're doing them a favor. Upon arriving at the entrance, we were informed that a reservation was required to gain access, despite knowing that our friends had entered without one an hour earlier. The excuse given was that the club was at full capacity, and if our friends came to the gate, we could enter. This felt like a game, and it was frustrating to be treated this way as a paying customer. If the club was full, that would have been an acceptable reason for not allowing us in, but making up excuses like needing a reservation or knowing someone was dishonest and disrespectful. We were made to wait on the street while they decided whether or not to let us in, which was far from a high-end experience.
The beach was pristine and the overall ambiance of the place was delightful. I have to give a shoutout to the bar staff who were exceptional in their service. However, my experience was marred by the front desk staff, particularly the manager. We had been recommended the place by some locals and took a taxi to reach there. Upon arrival, we were informed that entry was only allowed with a prior reservation. Thankfully, our friends were already inside and had to come out to get us in. It was frustrating to see the manager's inappropriate facial expressions as she allowed us in, after making us wait outside. We paid a hefty sum of 100TL for a couple's entry, but the way the place was managed made it seem like a high-end club. It was ridiculous. Although the beach was beautiful and clean, the manager at the entrance needs to be replaced with someone more understanding and truthful. We found out later that our friends had visited the place without any reservations, but we were made to suffer. Overall, the experience was marred by the obnoxious vibes that emanated from the staff. I would recommend the area for its natural beauty, but not if you have to deal with such front desk staff.
The service at this beach was extremely disappointing, especially given the high price tag. Upon arrival, the staff searched our bags for any outside food or drinks, which was a surprising and unpleasant experience. I have visited many beach clubs in various countries, including Turkey, and have never encountered such strict measures. The music was subpar and the beach itself was quite rocky. The only redeeming quality was the crystal-clear water, which was refreshing and clean. Overall, I cannot recommend this beach due to the poor service and lackluster atmosphere.
This exclusive beach resort comes with a price tag of 60 Liras, granting you access to the luxurious hotel pool equipped with a bar and delectable cuisine. Additionally, you can enjoy the serene private beach, complete with comfortable sun chairs, towels, and shaded umbrellas. Despite the slight language barrier, the overall experience is well worth the investment.
The beach is undoubtedly beautiful, however, the cost seems to be a bit too steep. Its scenic beauty is unmatched, but the pricing might be a deterrent for some. Despite the high cost, the beach is still worth a visit for those who can afford it. Its picturesque views and serene atmosphere make for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
