Marmaros Plaji is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 121th place out of 157 beaches in the Canakkale region The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and bright sand & rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

I am absolutely enamored with this beach! The moment I set foot on its soft, powdery sand, I was transported to a world of pure bliss. The gentle sound of the waves crashing against the shore, the salty scent of the ocean, and the warm sun on my skin all worked together to create an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this beach enough. It is truly a hidden gem that everyone should have the opportunity to visit. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place for you. Oh, and to answer your question - getting there by car is a breeze! Simply follow the directions provided and you'll be soaking up the sun in no time. Trust me, it's worth the journey.

The beach is situated on a path that is quite challenging to navigate, particularly for those with low cars. The amenities are not very developed, and there are no rocks or other natural features to explore. However, the water is remarkably clear and pristine, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. We did encounter some difficulty getting to the beach with our polo car, but it was well worth the effort once we arrived.

The beach may not be exceptional and the journey there can be a bit rough, but it is still manageable with a regular car even in August 2019. Despite this, the stunning panorama of Samothraki and the nearby waterfall are truly magnificent and make the excursion well worth it.

The path leading to the beach is only suitable for rugged vehicles like 4X4s or those with higher ground clearance. If you're driving a regular car, extra care is needed. However, once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a stunning shoreline with fist-sized, perfectly smooth rocks. The water is so clear that you can see right through it. This beach is quite isolated, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.
