Gokceada beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 73th place out of 157 beaches in the Canakkale region The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and pure gray fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

Gokceada beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

The beach is not easily accessible by a regular passenger car, which can be a downside. However, it is possible to reach it with a motorhome, although maneuvering a caravan can be challenging. Once you arrive, you'll find a tranquil and serene atmosphere, with crystal-clear waters that are perfect for swimming. The beach is also quite shallow, making it a safe option for families with children. Overall, it's a stunning and picturesque location, ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

When visiting Gökçeada, be sure to add a trip to the beach to your itinerary. Although the road leading to the beach may be a bit bumpy and sandy, it's worth it to continue on (take a left after the sign 😁) - even if you come across an explosives caution sign - as the beach is accessible by a regular vehicle. Remember to pack all the necessary supplies such as an icebox, water, food, and an umbrella to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. So, don't forget to bring your essentials and have a delightful swim while enjoying your vacation 🍹.

The beach is an experience that engages all your senses, from the aroma of the sea to the sensation of the sand between your toes. The abundance of wind makes it an ideal spot for sports enthusiasts. However, it's important to be mindful of the environment and carry out any trash you bring in. Unfortunately, plastic and glass litter can be found scattered throughout the area, but there are garbage receptacles conveniently located near the surf school for easy disposal.
