Experiencing a serene dawn at this beach is truly one of the most rewarding activities you can indulge in.
In my opinion, the area leased by the local government, along with the ocean and shoreline, are unfortunately littered with debris, algae, discarded cigarette butts, and unsightly sunbeds that have not been properly maintained. It appears that neither the municipality nor the businesses responsible for the upkeep of this public space have taken the necessary steps to keep it clean and inviting. Furthermore, the presence of mucilage in the water makes it unappealing and inconvenient for swimming. Based on these observations, I would not recommend this beach to others.
The beach area is thoughtfully designed to offer visitors a picturesque spot for picnicking, cycling, and taking in the sights. The walking pavilion adds a touch of history to the surroundings, making it a unique and interesting destination. Unfortunately, the water is not clean enough for swimming, which is why I deducted two stars from my rating.
The beach is a stunning location with an extensive coastline that offers plenty of space for children to frolic in the sand. Along the roadside that runs parallel to the coast, there are several restaurants to indulge in delicious food. However, the beachfront lacks small eateries or kiosks, as well as recreational facilities like playgrounds or sports equipment for children. The coast is conveniently located near the Ozdilak Mall on the same side. Simply turn right and follow Izmit Yalova Street towards Yalova Center. As you reach the end of the secondary street, the beautiful coastline will come into view.
