This beach on the southern coast of Trinidad is fantastic. Additionally, the sand is a beautiful golden color.

It's as if all your worries have been washed away by the tide. The beach is a magical place that never disappoints. It's a natural oasis that offers a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Who needs a spa day when you have the beach? So, pack your sunscreen and a good book, and head to the shore for some much-needed R&R.
I have vivid memories of discovering this secluded, somewhat neglected beach. Despite its neglected state, my friends and I felt a strong sense of ownership and took it upon ourselves to clean it up. We were determined to make it a place of beauty, and worked tirelessly to fill in the large holes and erect monuments, all while brainstorming countless ideas to enhance its allure. Looking back on it now, I can confidently say that we succeeded in our mission. SVFS. Vision.
The beaches lining the Moruga coast are steeped in a rich historical background. This was once the dwelling place of our indigenous people and it was here that Christopher Columbus first laid eyes on the Trinity Hills, which gave our country its name. During low tides, the bay reveals a vast stretch of shoreline, offering a picturesque view of the Venezuelan coastline. The gentle waves make it a perfect spot for families with young children. The coastline's exquisite rock formations and stacks are a result of natural coastal erosion. If you venture eastward, you will come across a sprawling mangrove and a swamp. For a small fee, you can access bathroom and toilet facilities as well as cozy sheds to unwind and enjoy a meal. The facilities are well-maintained and equipped with ample bins, so please remember to clean up after yourself. However, be aware that sandflies can be abundant at times, so it's best to carry insect repellent to protect your skin.
Very relaxing place
