The bay is absolutely enchanting and it's a special spot where you can witness several docile dolphins playing. However, I would suggest avoiding heavy meals prior to taking the boat trip to this location as it can be quite nauseating and some individuals may experience seasickness, requiring medication.
I had the most amazing experience watching dozens of dolphins "dancing" in the water! However, if you are prone to seasickness on the boat, I recommend eating lightly and taking seasickness medicine. Even though I don't usually get seasick, the boat I was on rocked quite a bit. So, keep this tip in mind! You can choose to go by boat or take a Hawaiian canoe tour.
The beach is a great spot to catch a glimpse of dolphins, turtles, and the stunningly vivid blue sea, although the timing of your visit can make a difference. Our trip at around 10:30 or 11 in the morning allowed us to see these creatures within just a few minutes.
I had an amazing time on April 23rd exploring various spots in the area, but the beaches were the highlight of my trip. The one with the dolphins was particularly memorable, and I even snapped a stunning photo of them.
The lookout offers an amazing view! After only a short wait, I was able to spot numerous dolphins, likely feeding in the bay.
