Calhetas Beach is located on the South Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 3th place out of 228 beaches in the São Paulo region 117.6 km away from its center, the city of Sao Paulo. It is one of the beaches of Toque-Toque Pequeno settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Calhetas Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, snorkeling.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail.

The beauty of this beach is truly surreal, a sight that will leave you breathless. However, it's important to note that leaving your car on the street may result in a fine. Despite being informed by acquaintances that it was safe to do so, I unfortunately learned the hard way. To avoid any issues, taking the bus (which has a stop nearby) or walking along the highway (although it can be dangerous due to the lack of a shoulder and many curves) are safer options. Nevertheless, the beach is absolutely worth the visit, offering a serene and picturesque environment that will make all the effort worthwhile.

This stunning beach is nestled within a private condominium, offering a secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The only downside is the proximity to the highway, but a short walk through the lush trees leads to the entrance of the condominium and a breathtaking descent to the beach. The journey is well worth it, especially when you make your way back to the enchanting waterfall within the condominium. The beach itself boasts two distinct sides, one with rocky outcroppings and the other perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Parents should take extra caution with children, but the memories made here will be priceless.

This beach is nothing special. It's just like any other beach you've been to. The sand is fine and the water is clear, but there's nothing that sets it apart from the rest. It's crowded and noisy, with people constantly walking by and vendors trying to sell you things. The sun is hot and there's not much shade to be found. Overall, it's an average beach experience.
