Playa de Los Molinucos is located on the Biscay bay (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 27th place out of 49 beaches in the Cantabria region 3.2 km away from its center, the city of Santander. It is one of the beaches of Cueto settlement, just 1.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Playa de Los Molinucos coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

The walk over to this beach is truly breathtaking, especially on a sunny day. The beach itself is quite small but absolutely gorgeous. It is well-sheltered from the wind and wasn't too crowded when I visited (on a weekday). Furthermore, the beach is easily accessible, making it a great spot for a quick getaway.
