What an absolutely incredible place. It's hard to believe that these cozy, well-equipped chalets nestled among the sand dunes on this beautiful coastline are referred to as a camp. Everything from the comfortable beds with high-quality bedding to the abundant hot water and spacious showers, not to mention the expansive terrace and breathtaking views, left us wanting for nothing. The walks through the nature reserve and along the coast were absolutely fantastic, and the access road is in great condition, with just a few small gravel sections. The staff were friendly and helpful, promptly resolving any maintenance issues that arose. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been some cushions for the outdoor furniture. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of waves crashing nearby was incredibly comforting, and it's something we'll definitely miss. We stumbled upon the perfect place for an incredibly enjoyable stay.
The beach is in a fantastic location, close to both the beach and hiking trails. It is spacious and has all the necessary equipment. The night sky is absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the office could improve their helpfulness.
Waking up to a breathtaking view of the sea wasn't the highlight of our stay. Our absolute favorite was frolicking in the incredible warm tidal pool and sinking our toes into the soft sand. We also had the opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring convergence of the two oceans. The log cabins provided utmost comfort, equipped with all the essentials a family could need, including some light for those occasional power outages. The accommodations were very private, with a deck where we could enjoy our meals while watching the waves. Moreover, the unit was impeccably clean, and the extra spacious shower provided a truly relaxing experience.
The beach is like a small slice of paradise, offering breathtaking views and a variety of activities such as walking, cycling, and swimming. The accommodation is comfortable and comes with a kitchen that is reasonably equipped. However, it's worth noting that the braai is not a webber and without an oven, cooking can be a bit challenging if you're not accustomed to braaing.
The location offers a tranquil and secluded atmosphere, with pristine cleanliness throughout. Additionally, you have exclusive access to a private beach and a lagoon.
