Ngoc Vung Beach is located on the South China Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 22th place out of 30 beaches in the Quang Ninh region 32.9 km away from its center, the city of Ha Long. It is one of the beaches of Ngoc Vung settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Ngoc Vung Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

Although the beach could benefit from more thorough cleaning, I appreciate its distance from popular tourist destinations. While there may not be an abundance of amenities available, the lack of crowds is a definite plus.

This secluded beach is far from the usual tourist spots, with not much to offer in terms of amenities. I seem to be the only Caucasian visitor here, but the locals are friendly and curious, often asking to take pictures with me. Unfortunately, the beaches are not well-maintained, but it's an authentic taste of Vietnam. I'm currently lodging with a hospitable family, which adds to the unique experience. While there is a hotel nearby, I prefer the authenticity of the area. Despite being off the beaten path, I feel safe traveling in this part of Vietnam.
