It's difficult to put into words the sheer beauty of this beach. During my two-hour visit on a midday Friday, I had the entire stretch of sand to myself. The hike down to the beach was a breeze, and I had arranged for a taxi to pick me up in advance.

The experience at the dark sand beach left much to be desired. The pathway leading to it was longer than anticipated and had a considerable amount of mud and horse droppings. However, the sight of a charming crab was the highlight of the journey. I had heard that the black sand beach located on the peninsula was far superior in comparison.

This beach is truly remarkable, boasting a striking black sand that sets it apart from the typical sandy shores. While it may not be the ideal spot for swimming due to its rocky terrain, it is still a destination that cannot be missed. The journey to the beach is equally as breathtaking, with a stunning path leading the way. It's a leisurely 15-minute stroll from the main road, making it easily accessible for all to experience.

This stunning beach is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring the island's coastline. It's a popular spot, and for good reason - the natural beauty of the area is simply breathtaking. Getting there is a breeze, too, with easy access to local taxis that can take you straight from town to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll find that the beach is just a short walk from the road, making it a convenient choice for travelers of all ages. However, it's worth noting that as of April 2021, there aren't any nearby options for food or drink, so be sure to bring your own supplies if you plan on spending the day.

This beach is a true paradise for anyone seeking a serene and peaceful escape. However, it's worth noting that this hidden gem requires a short 10-15 minute walk from the road, so be sure to pack light and wear comfortable shoes. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by warm, inviting waters and the breathtaking sight of wild horses roaming freely. It's important to note that the sand here is black, which means it can get quite hot underfoot. So, take care and be mindful of your steps as you explore this idyllic slice of heaven.
