Kalardovo beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 8th place out of 8 beaches in the Tivat region 2.9 km away from its center, the city of Tivat. It is one of the beaches of Brdista settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a small bay with turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sup-surfing, sea kayaking.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Large parking spot is located directly on the beach.

Good beach for families with kids. The water is shallow for a long time and after you enter the water there is sand. There is a restaurant with acceptable food and prices which also serves on the beach, a toilet and more importantly a playground in the shape of a boat your kids will love. Entrance is 1 euro for all day. Also parking at the beach is pretty big and costs 1 euro for entire day. If you like airplanes you'll see some spectacular landings and departures. The only annoying thing was a bar near the beach which played awful music all day long, especially "despacito" once every 10 minutes.

Murky water, dirty sunbeds. The price is 15€ for two sunbeds with an umbrella and 40€ for the front row lol. Watching the airplanes take off and land on the adjacent airport is nice tho.
