Waikiki Resort beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 2th place out of 8 beaches in the Tivat region 1.6 km away from its center, the city of Tivat. It is one of the beaches of Tivat settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

A significant part of the beach is occupied by beach clubs with limited access The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. I used to visit this beach often and really appreciated how clean it was and the great service provided by the staff. While the wooden sunbeds were a bit expensive, they were incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the price. I had planned to make my birthday extra special by spending it at the beach, reserving a sunbed, and enjoying some cocktails. The day before, I reached out to the administration to inquire about making a reservation. I specifically requested a reservation for the following day. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response and when I reminded them on the day itself, they informed me that everything was fully booked. Maybe I'm writing this review in the heat of the moment, but I'm truly disappointed. This wouldn't have been an issue on any other day, but on my special day, it was a major letdown. If they had simply told me on the day of the reservation that there was no availability for the following day, I would have been okay with that. I could have made alternate plans for my day.

The service at the beach was terrible, and the staff was extremely rude. The prices for sunbeds were exorbitant, charging 35 euros for just two sunbeds. However, there is a beach just 10 meters away that offers the same experience for free, where you can truly unwind.

This beach in Tivat is definitely one of the best! The water is crystal clear, and there's plenty of room for swimming. If you're looking to relax, you can rent two sun beds for the entire day at a cost of 20 euros. I didn't get a chance to try the food, but the drinks were quite good. It's advisable to arrive early if you want to secure a spot. Alternatively, you can bring your own towels and enjoy the free beach area.

We requested four sunbeds and an umbrella, and the young man at the entrance, who seemed to be around fifteen years old, informed us about the price. When we inquired about the possibility of a discount, they began mocking us. If it were up to me, I would have immediately dismissed them. It appears that the tourism industry is not suitable for individuals with such a silly attitude.

The beach's location is great. However, the music playing is quite loud and melancholic. These slow love songs don't really fit well with a beach resort, especially since the songs keep changing before they even finish. It would be more fitting to have some lounge music instead.
