The beach is quite filthy and the water is filled with plastic debris, making it an unattractive destination. While it could be a pleasant spot with proper maintenance, that's not currently the case. Additionally, most bars are closed during this time of year, so there aren't many amenities available.

Located across from the INM office in Manzanillo, this beach is a serene and spotless spot. While I had hoped to grab a bite at one of the restaurants, they were all closed. However, the presence of armed national guards made me feel secure and safe. The water was calm and perfect for a refreshing dip, and it was fascinating to see a massive freighter being escorted through the channel. If you're seeking a peaceful place to dip your toes in the water, this beach is an excellent choice. There are a few restaurants, a hotel, and a corner store on the street and beach, making it an ideal spot for a picnic.
