The service and food at this beach are terrible. The rooms are in poor condition and dirty. The restaurant and pool bar offer awful food and drinks. I would definitely not recommend this place as it is incredibly overpriced and feels more like a 3-star hotel. Although Careyes is beautiful, it would be better to rent a house there.
This beach club is absolutely stunning, with exclusive private residences. It's important to note that it's not a hotel, and it's nestled in the midst of a lush jungle, but there's truly nowhere else quite like it. The breathtaking views and sunsets are truly remarkable. The entire staff, under the guidance of manager Ingrid, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Moreover, Chef Julio has the ability to whip up something incredibly delicious tailored to your specific preferences. While it may not offer amenities like a gym, spa, or the services of a 5-star hotel, if you're seeking a peaceful haven for your family, surrounded by pure paradise, this is the ideal destination for you.
This hotel is definitely one of the best I have ever come across. The staff went above and beyond, and the food was absolutely incredible. Jared truly made our stay unforgettable, and Alex from their sales department was exceptional.
The beach has a breathtaking location and offers amazing accommodation options for renting or buying, providing an incredible experience that is continuously getting better. With infinity pools located directly on the beach and the option to dine by the pool, you simply can't make a wrong choice!
The bedrooms lack air conditioning, resulting in only the living room being adequately cooled. The shower occasionally provides hot water, but it is short-lived and frequently alternates between cold and hot, making it highly uncomfortable. The hotel does not offer dinner service. The front desk is often unattended, indicating a severe lack of staff. The internet connection is extremely poor. There is a shortage of beach chairs, and we have witnessed staff folding wet towels on abandoned chairs to give the illusion of freshness for new guests. The stairway leading to our room is frequently unlit at night, with no visible switch, making it difficult to unlock the door. Additionally, walking outside at night poses a safety risk due to insufficient lighting. The room numbers are taped to the exterior of the doors, and there is packaging tape around the television, among other small details, which, when combined with the aforementioned issues, give the impression that the place was not adequately prepared for its opening.
