Corrientes beach is located on the Pacific ocean and it is in the 40th place out of 86 beaches in the Jalisco region The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

The beach can only be reached by foot or by sea, with access from the Cabo Corrientes lighthouse. It takes a little over an hour to walk there, and the waves are strong. The views are stunning and the sea is clean and pristine. Please remember to take your trash with you and help keep this beautiful place clean.
