The beach is peaceful with black sand, and although the waves can be strong at times, it is a secluded spot.
The beach is undeniably stunning, but the rocky terrain and powerful waves make it less than ideal for swimming. Additionally, a plethora of ants scurrying around caused them to invade my towel. Although the scenery is breathtaking, I found myself departing after only an hour.
The effort of walking from Sayulita to this secluded beach is well worth it, as you will have the entire stretch of sand to yourself while enjoying a breathtaking sunset.
Sayulita's finest beach boasts black sand and a lack of crowds, and is also a topless beach.
This charming little oasis is a real diamond in the rough, requiring a bit of elbow grease to reach. But trust us, the journey is well worth it. If you plan on making a day of it, be sure to pack some snacks and libations as you won't find any fancy eateries here. But fear not, Sayulita is just a hop, skip, and a jump away if you're craving some grub. We're already counting down the days until our return to this hidden gem.
