Casa Cenote beach is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 47th place out of 98 beaches in the Quintana Roo region The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. The beds could be a bit more comfortable and the AC can only be used when you are in your room. The beach is stunning! The majority of guests are Italian, but that didn't bother us. Everyone was friendly.

We were a bit apprehensive when we arrived, as a bus had pulled up and we were worried it might be a rowdy party group. All we wanted was some peace and quiet after leaving our casa where construction was going on nearby. To our delight, it was the complete opposite. The beach was very tranquil, with a fantastic staff and friendly guests. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was an inclusive environment. On the second day, I decided to treat myself to a deep-tissue massage with Ignacio, also known as Nachos. I was a bit unsure at first because I wanted a deep-tissue massage, but Nachos delivered exactly what I was looking for. He was an excellent masseuse, very friendly, and professional. The beach itself was stunning, with white sand, palm trees, and a beautiful sea. I highly recommend this beach to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The staff at this beach is hit or miss, with some being friendly and others being rude. Algae in the water and on the beach makes swimming difficult. The food is mediocre at best. The free bicycles are old and rusty with flat tires. The Jacuzzi was not working and the management was unhelpful when asked about it. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.

This resort is unique and inviting, with great all-inclusive options. The two bars close early, one at 10pm and the other at midnight, so if you're seeking a late-night party scene, this may not be the place for you. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

This place has some unique quirks, such as an air-conditioner that turns into a beeping alarm clock at 5am and can't be turned off, a TV that decides when it will show pictures (mostly won't), and a room fan that sounds like it's about to take off. The staff, although very nice, seemed over-worked. On the bright side, the hotel overlooks the beach beautifully and is family-friendly. Additionally, the food was surprisingly delicious.
