The beach is fantastic and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. You can enjoy delicious food from vendors selling gorditas or empanadas while taking a stroll. Additionally, there are public washrooms and showers available.
One of the most stunning beaches in Cancun, open to the public with minimal tourist presence, offering ample space for relaxation and gentle waves.
It's a great spot to bring the whole family and enjoy a pleasant time by the beach.
I wouldn't recommend swimming at this beach. It's better to go to the hotel zone if you want to swim. However, it's a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There are many locals and children playing, and the beach is generally clean. But personally, I prefer the hotel zone. There are also some restaurants and hotels nearby.
I really enjoy this small beach. There are always plenty of workers diligently cleaning the beach, raking the sand, and collecting any litter. It offers a good amount of palapas and chairs for visitors. Additionally, there are conveniently located bathrooms nearby. The swimming area is clearly marked with ropes, separating swimmers from passing boats. The safety of the beach is ensured round the clock by local police or marines. The presence of Isla Mujeres provides shade to the sea, resulting in smaller waves and eliminating concerns about rip tides. All in all, it is a welcoming little beach that is mainly frequented by locals.
