Sheraton Resort Island

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, demonstrating a great deal of care and dedication. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We opted for the all-inclusive package, although it would have been helpful if they had provided a list of what was included, as we had to inquire each time. There were plenty of activities available for both adults and children. They even offered a complimentary photoshoot, where you receive one free picture. The photographer was exceptionally kind. I will definitely be returning in the future. They had a wide range of cuisines to choose from, with The Feast being the only restaurant that served breakfast and offered a buffet. The other restaurants provided a set menu with three options. Additionally, there was a bar that offered a variety of drinks, and you could even request to make your own.

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa. The resort itself is fantastic - it's big enough to offer plenty of activities, yet still feels cozy and intimate. There are many positive aspects about the hotel and our stay, but what really stood out was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience exceptional. One staff member in particular, Ms. Russel Suarez, the assistant front desk manager, was a key player in ensuring our stay was perfect. We had some health concerns due to food allergies and had to change our travel dates last minute. Russel went above and beyond to assist us, relieving our stress and providing expert guidance. We can't speak highly enough of her - she's a valuable asset to the resort! I have to say, everyone at this hotel is genuinely friendly. From the housekeeping staff who replenished our bottled water to Tashi, the amazing masseuse at the spa, everyone made us feel welcome and relaxed. Tashi's soothing voice and approach melted away any remaining stress. The pool/bar/restaurant staff were exceptional as well. Despite the heat and long shifts, they worked tirelessly to accommodate guests with a smile. Mr. Lovely, who worked at the pool area, lived up to his name and provided excellent service. While it may not fit everyone's budget, I highly recommend staying in an over-water bungalow. It truly enhances the Maldives experience. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast. It was the largest buffet I've ever seen, with various food islands representing different regions of the world. Each island on its own would have made for an amazing breakfast buffet. The head chef, Riccardo Pinna, was professional and attentive, frequently checking in with guests to ensure their needs were met. He was particularly helpful to my family, addressing our concerns about food allergies with care and professionalism. I hope to visit again and wholeheartedly recommend the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa. Some may think that the resort's proximity to the main island and MLE airport makes it less exotic, but I assure you, it's not an issue. The 20-minute high-speed boat ride to the resort is thrilling, reminiscent of a scene from a James Bond movie. After leaving the airport, you simply walk across the street where a Sheraton staff member will assist with your luggage. From there, you board one of the resort's speedboats and arrive at the remote boat dock, where the welcoming staff, including front desk agents, greet you gracefully. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to snorkeling spots and other adventures. The planes from MLE provide an interesting sight, but they are far enough away to not be a bother.

We had an amazing time at the resort. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our water bungalow had breathtaking sea views and a lovely plunge pool. We were able to spot various fish and even caught glimpses of sharks occasionally. The only suggestion we have is for the restaurants to offer more vegetarian options.

We spent two days at the Sheraton Maldives to celebrate our honeymoon, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the accommodations to the facilities, the food, and especially the hotel staff, everything was exceptional. The presence of many helpful and friendly Bangladeshi staff members added to the overall top-notch service. The staff were absolutely delightful. We decided to go for the all-inclusive package, and we were not disappointed. It was a relief not having to worry about the cost of individual drinks or meals. On our last night, we dined at Sea Salt and were blown away by the excellent seafood and service. The atmosphere was great, and the food was incredibly fresh. The room cleaning service was amazing, and the staff always made sure we had enough coffee pods. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday experience at the Sheraton Maldives.

The amenities and facilities offered by Sheraton were outstanding. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, giving me a peaceful sanctuary after a long day of exploring. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, one area that could be improved is the quality of food at the restaurants. Although there was an impressive variety of dining options, I felt that the overall taste and culinary experience could be enhanced. With a few adjustments to the menu and some attention to detail, Sheraton has the potential to elevate the dining experience to match the rest of its exceptional offerings. Despite this minor flaw, I would highly recommend Sheraton to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating retreat. The friendly and attentive staff, combined with the breathtaking beauty of the resort, make it the perfect destination for those seeking relaxation and tranquility.
