Millstatter Strandbad is located on the Lake Millstatt and it is in the 4th place out of 10 beaches in the Carinthia region 59.9 km away from its center, the city of Klagenfurt. It is one of the beaches of Millstatt settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

This place has everything you need for a nice time at the lake. There are slides, springboards at various heights. It was possible to rent a parasol. There was a kiosk with food and snacks and a volleyball court. The only problem was how busy it was. The place wasn't very big which caused the grass area to be completely occupied. Furthermore, there were no more parasols to rent.
