Baia delle Rocce verdi is located on a nice location, and nice surroundings even tho quite difficult to reach. One star because of the following: - ticket reception We arrived around 12 (2 people) and we asked for 2 spots and only cushions on the rocks have been offered therefore no chair or sun-bed, we’ve asked if we could see the cushions and their location before paying and the guy declined the request.. after literally 30 secs he said that 2 chairs have become available (strange don’t you think?) they might wanted to keep this spot for their clients or Neapolitan residents rather than tourists (we took the chairs £20 each - no umbrella just chairs) Impossible to get a spot in the pool - opening times on the website (08.00-17.00) Life guards or assistants at the beach started to go around at 16.25 saying that they are closing down so to start to wrap up things and approach the door Way too early to close the beach in high season!! - not allowed to bring food and drinks because of plastic free environment The question is: can I bring food in a glass container? The same is for drinks? Am I allowed to do that? The sign is quite misleading. There are couple of places where you can get food and beverage but considering prices, a day in this place will cost you roughly €120/140 for 2 people (entrance plus lunch and water throughout the day) At 15.40 we managed to get 2 beds as people started to leave but we had only less than one hour to enjoy before closing Definitely not worth the visit!! Don’t recommend at all
I would give not even one star if I could help it. They were rude and unhelpful - you should know it’s a Wedding venue in the evenings. We went in at 4PM for 2 adults & a child at €12 each - they close a 5PM, and leaving Naples the next morning so a bit desperate to get in the sea. It’s a long way down a very very hot road - had an expensive taxi from the station. On the rocky beach they didn’t want to give a chair, no umbrellas - the sea was not clean. It was all quite nasty. We were told to leave the beach by 4.30 not 5! I went to the pool & was told it was also closed. So all in all a completely unpleasant experience at an expensive and overrated event venue. I’d say avoid it if you can. I regret coming here, it was a real shame and an expensive waste of time for our last hours of beach on this Naples holiday. experience for me & the family.
It’s cool. Chairs by the sea are nice for tanning. I would be careful with small children in the sea as the water is deep and you can’t touch the sea floor. Nice views and beds. Be careful entering water, scraped my heel. Also floor is a bit rough when you get near the beach. Sea can be strong and requires treading water constantly to stay afloat - weak swimmers beware. Ticket is expensive, about 25€ each. It was difficult to get a taxi when I wanted to leave - had to climb all the way to the top of the hill I entered from - about 20 minute uphill walk then another 20 minutes to find a taxi online. Overall probably somewhere you can skip while in Naples
I love love this place. The waiter took good care of us and made it easy to order. Great views. You can see Capri from there and Salerno. Loved the view and the ambience. The food was great and the wine was amazing too. Great customer care and reasonable priced too.
Place is beautiful as all of bays at Italy. Good service offered, as bbq, salads, drinks, snacks, but entrance could be cheaper. As usual for foreigners is "special" prices for entrance & all other services, but we can live with this. Sea is beautiful, with waves that cause a lot of difficulties to enter and leave the sea, slippery stones, in addition, made that example impossible to fit without losses such as scratches and bruises. And another BIG issue awaited for foreigners is total absence of WI-FI. Due to relief there is no good GSM signal and even with mobile internet payed you are not able to call a taxi (ouuuffff such a robbers they are here😠😠😠😠😠).
