It is one of the beaches of San Giacomo settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a straight coastline with crystal blue water and gray fine pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. Beautiful free beach with a very clean sea. It seems incredible that there is this free beach in Liguria, given that it is very difficult to find one, unfortunately. You find it after a path. The water is crystal clear, but it is full of stones and there is nothing around if you want to drink or eat. But it's worth it.

Along the Lungomare Europa promenade between Varazze and Cogoleto there is this beautiful free beach. To reach it starting from Varazze it takes about fifty minutes. It is clearly not equipped as it is free, but a little further on there is a beach establishment where if you want you can also go and eat or simply get a fresh drink or an ice cream.
