Costone beach is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 145th place out of 402 beaches in the Sassari region 93.7 km away from its center, the city of Sassari. It is one of the beaches of Villaggio Piras settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Costone beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

After lunch end of august, really really crowded. There's a bus you can take from thr city center for 1.50€ only. DONOT call a taxi, it's 18€ fixed for a less than 10 mins drive.
